It's a really sweet set, Kandice. I'm not a pastel kind of person, but your flowers are really nice.

Your auction set is even closer to my kind of colours. I'm really a teal and violet person but those are SO tempting.

Best of luck with the auction, they're beautiful beads.

Hi everyone - No one has emailed me about these yet, so instead of picking someone at random, I am going to offer the beads to the very first person who emails me. Members from RCB will get a 10% discount. :) More beads up tomorrow! Thanks :)

The set is sold - thanks Margie!! :) And thank you to all who commented. :) I love those colors, too. Tomorrow I should have three small sets on special - all in purples.

:) Teal is on my list to try with the new Lauscha light purple transparent I bought last night! (I found some of the new stuff that's more vibrant than their amethyst color.) I'm gonna have some fun when I get back from vacation. :D

Are you talking about the new Teal and Purple transparents from GlassDaddy?

I am talking about the transparent light purple Glassdaddy did have in stock but no longer does. I didn't get it from him, though - he still doesn't have an availability date on it.

I got 2 lbs. of it from a seller in Australia.

I talked with her over email last night and she says that she is 93% sure (LOL) it is the new batch of light purple transparent that people have been raving about. The factory told her that she was the only person worldwide who had any left. I don't think she has any more, but I could be wrong. :) She also has a bunch of other colors, but I could only afford the purple, because it costs so much to ship international. :)

Oooh, I was mistaken - she has more:

I got some of the "new" transparent teal, and I don't like it. Pretty as heck, but can't seem to melt it without boiling. Ack.

I got a half pound of the purple though, thank goodness! I love it love it love it!!!! MUST HAVE MORE!!!!!!! If you ask me, the rods are so pretty they could stand alone as jewelry as-is. That's the color I used for the end bits on this bead:

...and for the purple in this vessel:

Yep - that's it!! I've been looking for it for weeks and finally found some. :) I think Marie is the only person on the planet who has it to sell.

Ok, I'm taking your all's word for it, and bought the last she had (not this auction but another.) Don't even want to think about how much the shipping is....but I figure if I hate it, I shouldn't have too much trouble unloading it to one of you glass junkies... :-)

Karin (who needs to step AWAY from the computer now, I've bought way too many things in the last 2 weeks.... reaction to all the stress in my life right now.... :-)

Don't I know about that! Unremitting pain + money + no sleep = way too many online purchases.

Things keep coming in the mail, and I barely remember ordering them. At least I have good taste while I'm in la-la land.
