AD - First day in my new studio!

Hi guys! I've been kind of incommunicado lately, but as things move along with our remodel I'm hoping to find more time for just chilling out and spending time with friends. Today I spent most of the day moving from my shed into my garage... I'll miss my cozy little bead world out there, but the garage is so much roomier and once I got started I felt like I was so much more productive out there! I'll be posting pics on my website soon... it's not at all done, there's a lot of stuff to be moved out there and some important finishing touches, but it's perfectly funtional and GREAT!

In the midst of all the moving I was still able to make beads, and I just finished listing them a minute ago. I'm especially digging my newest vessel:

I'm also really pleased with my boro this week:

Thanks for looking, I hope you enjoy! P.S. There are some other special beads in the focals section, but I've been asked not to post pics all over the place until after the book comes out. ;)

Thanks for the comments!

Yes Patti, I finally managed to make it into a book - the 2005 Bead Review, which I TOTALLY CAN'T WAIT to see! It's due out Real Soon Now but I don't know when.

Kalera, Congratulations!!! That's fabulous!!! Please let us know when the book comes out, I definitely want to buy a copy. Waaah, you sold the lavender heart - weeping, crying, cursing...my own fault. This budget I'm on definitely sucks! Note to all - it's REALLY hard to stay on a diet and a bill paying budget at the same time. My energy is draining away. Patti

Put together a book AND get the new studio done? And still make all those wonderful beads - mine from last week came yesterday, now I have to rethink my design because I can't get the large Swarovski bicones in the color I wanted here. -

No wonder you've been absent from here ...

Congratulations!

I just barely submitted photos... thank goodness I didn't have to put more into it than that, I'd never have made it, lol!

I *still* have your bead that you made! Gotta get that sent... but I got the clove seeds and orchids!
