AD: New beadies! Yay!

You are most welcome to come visit anytime and play around. I don't have a lot of torch buddies here in town.

Why thank you ). Last time I was in Austin, years ago, it was very ugly . The Longhorns beat my poor Aggies and I was up to my neck in Orange. Plus I thought the police were going to arrest me for buying 2 football tickets on the sidewalk from a person. Other than that, I look forward to Austin always. I got to check the Bluemoon web site and it looks like a great place to hang out.

I adore Jim & Rose at Blue Moon. It's a great store with fun folks. They will always welcome you like you are an old friend.

Thanks! Silver Seas was a suggestion of Sooz's that I finally followed through on... the beads are teeny.

Oh, thank you Barbara! Flurry is better in person... it's on a deep navy blue base, and the meallic highlights are a pearly, frosty blue. I adore it!

I'm kind of addicted to those! :) I had to make myself stop at three, or I would have kept making leaves all week. I have a passel of experimental beads in the kiln right now, all patterns that (I hope) would work well as leaves.

I was inspired by a set of leaves I got from Chuck Driver, (now one of my favorite necklaces)

How lucky you are to have someone write such seductive descriptions for your beads! Although I have to say, your beads are pretty seductive on their own. =oP~~~~~~ You know....before you post an AD, it would be wise to mail out drool mops to everyone in the group! (My keyboard will never be the same...) Dawn

And a writer too? Very nice! I hope you don't mind me saying that I thought it was *Hemmingwayesque* in that while I was reading it, I was right there in it. I saw Chi-Chi, and the necklace....and the décolletage. OMG!!! I really need to spend more time with my Thesaurus!
