Goooood morning! It's Friday, it's nice and cool, and I have a show tomorrow, my first one in three years! I'm nervous and excited and just plain looking forward to it. Still debating whether to set up outside or not. I have enough cool-o boro beads that it might just be worthwhile.
In the meantime, I've listed a run of silver/organics on both auctions, plus a few surprises on Ebay. I just got an order of silver foil in, so I quit hoarding those last 4 sheets I'd been holding on to. Woohoo, silver with abandon! There are some plain-ish rounds, some dotted ones, and a really nifty tube bead on Justbeads. You'll never believe what the base color was (garnet red Czech glass). Wow did it react!
I also lost all of my holiday principles and made a bunch of gold leafy Christmas beads on Tuesday. I'm saving most of them for the show, but you'll see them creeping in for the next several weeks. The first one is listed on Ebay. I've finally convinced my torch to NOT incinerate the leaf anywhere, which is a first.
I may or may not list beads on Saturday. Depends on how things go. I might be desperate or revved or just plain tired.
