Thanks Tina...she's been sick alot lately and she's getting frustrated because she's missing so much work. She really hasn't been taking good care of herself lately, staying out really late and pushing herself too much, and I think it's taking it's toll on her. Hopefully she now realizes that she needs to slow down.
I was talking to my mother this morning about the importance of knowing and respecting your limitations. You make your choices, and sometimes they don't make sense to other people, but as long as they make sense to you that's OK. Sometimes staying out late is gives you what you need more than the satisfaction of working, but the choice has to be made knowing you can't do both.
My 82 y.o. mother can't take care of herself well since she was paralyzed in a car accident 3 years ago, but she wants to spend two months up in the mountains in Trinity Co No Cal. She'll come back unkempt, and dirty but spiritually renewed -- I guess. But she'll make her choice and her sacrifices.
