Almost time for BABE

I will be there for the long weekend - Friday through Monday (14-17). I am driving down from WA on Friday. I have no idea what I'll be doing other than BABE itself - I'll just be winging it. :) Can't wait!!

Do you think you'd have time for some PMC? Except that I know I'll be brain dead Sat PM and Sun PM. Or else playing. Maybe Mon AM?

Yeah, I'm beginning to think the PMC idea is going to be a bigger bite than we can chew.

We have our fantasies and then realize that reality is still pretty darn good.

I'm so used to planning much more than I can do. And of course, I can do less now than I used to (attention-wise).

No. It used to be time to think of what to pack; now it's time to start the packing!

I suspect, we'll be doing PMC in a very small group. That the other's who will be there for BABE won't have time and energy for the PMC too. It's ironic that coming together for a show will keep us from getting together for more group activities.

I won't be there until Thurs night. Maybe you and Sooz could do fold overs before I get there. Or make molds from a button, and add heavy gauge fine silver for a bail.

I have half a dozen balls of clay, and am wondering whether to order more. While at the same time I don't want to tie money up in PMC right before going to a bead show! I think I'd better order some more.

Well, my friend Jessica and I were trying to figure out a way to go next week, but it's not going to work out. Just can't afford the plane tix right now and if I use my freebie, I would have to make 3 plane changes with an 8 month old infant. Not fun...

So, I guess we'll just have to plan on meeting up at the B&B show in May.

Yeah, that was my feeling. Jess only brought it up today...wish we would have thought of it sooner.

Sooz and I will definitely play with PMC- ha hahahaha.

I think I bought 10 packs of PMC 3 in my last class and already have several PMC+ and some other 3's. I also have paste, syringes, and sheets.

Maybe!... Just MAYBE! I can see if I can get that Monday off and come hang out with you guys more... But trying to get Mondays off is like pulling teeth in the office.

I don't know if Sooz will be too knocked out to have extra people in after BABE, (especially in the morning). For that matter I'm likely to be pretty loopy too, especially in the morning. But maybe in the afternoon.

Kathy, I'll bring my Hot Pot, and find some sterno when I get there.
