That's what I though you said. But I wondered how long Diane waited to get an answer about a BIN. She said she couldn't get an answer before she had to decide about if she wanted to buy.

Did you send the email through eBay's email system or directly to the seller?? I have been pulling my hair out over missed emails by me AND my buyers because of the spam blocking being done on so many services. If you've done business with this seller before and emailed them directly, you may be a victim of "message deletion" by their ISP's over-compensating anti-spam program. This is especially true for AOL, Hotmail and Yahoo email addresses. I hate them all. And I know I've not gotten some questions from customers through eBay's system either because I've gotten a second inquiry asking why I didn't answer the first.

In my situation it's not you MJ. You've always answered me.
The thing that upsets me is no contact.>
if they are on AOL - and you are trying to contact them through a mail sender program from the website - it might not be getting through
AOL is eating LOTS of mail right now ....

I sent another email today.
I have done both to assure against this. I send one regular and copy that email and send it from ebay. Just in case.
I was pretty sure it wasn't me, but I was just trying to figure if the seller you were speaking about may not have gotten your email because of a spam problem. I try to remember to answer everyone's questions but I know I deleted one from MailWasher from a new potential customer and I'm pretty sure she didn't give me a second chance! Once you click that "process mail" button, they're gone pretty quickly. But the spam blocking available from my business ISP was routinely deleting business mail that should have gone through. So I got MailWasher instead and now just delete the 200+ spams a day myself.
If I ever don't answer you within 24 hours, please just send a reminder. Besides the spam problems, my mind is no longer a steel trap - more like an old colander!

I just had a seller do that to me - never answered my query about her BIN. I needed needles (heh...) and wrote her because she didn't state any shipping costs. And I wasn't about to buy a $3.50 item and then find out that shipping was $2.50. :) She never answered me, but 4 days later I looked at the auction again and she had revised her page to show exact postage costs.
Problem solved. Thank you everyone for keeping me calm and not making a fool out of myself. Even if you guys didn't know that you were doing that. Hugs to all!!
That's exactly why I don't get angry about anything, I just get on with what I'm doing. Block 'em, relist, get my fees back. I wait until the
11th hour to file NPB, but I do it.I don't bid very often on Justbeads for a bunch of reasons, and one of them is that I can't seem to check my completed auctions (I get nothing) and I don't always get the emails, so I just figure it's too much of a hassle for me. Works fine for some people, just not me.
