1) OK, who told the woman in Germany I love blue and green! It was supposed to be a secret (HAW)! I love the way this set is composed. Using just a few colors and lots of blending, she has great variety. Beads suggest wind and water, roots and vines, melon-like fruit, and flowers that are submerged as well as flowers that have fully emerged. Wow. She's on my list!

3) And of course Waimea Mist already is on my list. I have poppies she made. Only because, by a fluke, that particular set didn't get the usual bids. I have lucked out like that a couple times with wonderful artists.

4) And you can't go wrong with MAWGA. Wonderful work, terrific person.

7) Love that golden pink with it's inside out ghost bubbles.

8) That cranberry and blue green slate is wonderful, subtle tints of strongly contrasting colors. (Not my colors, but so what). Just love how she uses color.

Thank you Kandice, for sharing these small miracles with us.

She's so lovely.....I'm spent.....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz" This is the type of sculpture bead that I'm talking about. Why is it starting at $49? I would think that it would start at a higher price. Doesn't that take more time, materials, and experience? Or is it done with a mold and then accented? This stuff is fascinating

Not done with a mold - she is made completely on the mandrel from scratch. Mavis is famous for these. She's probably gotten pretty fast at doing them, too. As for pricing - that's a subjective, personal thing - and is different for each seller. I've seen her fairies go for way more on ebay. Remember, ebay is not a retail market. You can't really judge pricing by ebay these days.

They are amazing. They're not my thing -- but even I have one (a fabulous mermaid)! And I am blessed to own it, too. :-D ~~ Sooz

That is about half of what she charges for similar on her website-- so think of it as a "wholesale" price. They very rarely end at $49..... She makes them all individually-- not a mold. Kaytee "Simplexities" on

okay. I was going to say if it was done individually that they should go for alot more. If I had the money, I would definitely be buying as much as I could. They are fantastic.
