COMPLETELY OT - Stickers!

Yeah, my 20's sucked, because I was immature and inexperienced. I see them as having been the steepest part of my learning curve... things are really picking up now.

My dad says it just keeps getting better, and I believe him. The only thing thay sucks is, time really does fly when you're having fun!

I totally do that! You should have seen the looks I got when I'd say "31 and a half!" or "almost 32!"

Now I'm almost 32 and a half!

I was really flattered when my husband and I started going out, he said that he liked the feeling of dating a "wise older woman". I'm only 1 year older than him, LOL!

Must be because I've picked something up from my older, wiser friends.

I've always loved Crow's Feet. I remember my mom's friends, women with silver flashed through their hair, the corners of their eyes crinkling as they showed their teeth, talked and laughed and gestured, generous-spirited women full of life and laughter, women with big hearts and personalities, and since I was a little girl, I've wanted to be like them. Silver hair and Crow's Feet.

My husband has silver hair sprinkled in with thw black, and he has lines at the corners of his eyes, and laugh-lines around his mouth. These were among the things that made my heart lilt when we were on our first date.

My DH instead of being salt and pepper like most is a salt and paprika kind of guy if he let's his beard grow out. Which looks interesting with his mainly brown hair.

Just had to share

I just turned 49 a couple of weeks ago. Don't know how I feel about 50 yet.

One would think so, certainly... but actually, "Juliet" is a family name, and "Ophelia" was the name we were able to both agree on, even though I was leaning toward "Phaedra".

:) Doesn't Phaedra mean fire? Great name!
