Why yes my dear one, they do. I learned that little tidbit from an acupuncturist I used to go to.

Now that's something I would think Candace would say.
PS - no you shouldn't ask....;=)
I'm going to the hair salon on the 12th, will use the test product before getting my hair done and see how it feels by time Megan is through with me. This is a good endorsement, Sooz, thanks.
Check out your tongue the next time you start craving water--a cracked tongue is a sign of dehydration.
Sorry, couldn't talk--mouth full.
And I'm not going to ask what it's full of! LMAO
At that moment, it was full of cracked nuts;-)
Eeeeeeeeeeee.........dare I?
Ouch!
I need some water, right now. Just in case.

I like to drink lots of water, so I'm not sure I've ever been dehydrated. When I was pregnant I would get really thirsty, but I was drinking close to two gallons a day so I never got dried out.

ACK!!!...I'd never have ventured out of the loo!!!!!
My urologist says that if you can drink enough to keep your urine a nice, light lemon yellow color (same color as you aim for when you cream butter and eggs together for sugar cookies), you're drinking enough. If your urine goes colorless, you need to drink less, and if it's dark,...well...drink more!

It rocks, Margie. And it smells lovely. I remember the first time I tried it, I went crazy to get some! (It was in a friend's purse) ~~ Sooz To live a creative life, we must lose our fear of being wrong. ~~Joseph Chilton Pearce
Sigh.....who was the original poster on this thread, the person who needed hand cream? I've totally lost track. I have some shea butter to send. Please advise. ~~ Sooz To live a creative life, we must lose our fear of being wrong. ~~Joseph Chilton Pearce
I was always very active and sweaty through my pregnancies, and if I didn't drink enough I'd get headachy or light-headed... but it was no big deal, since I like to drink a lot of water anyway. I don't think 2 gallons a day is all that much, for a pregnant woman... I think you normally are supposed to drink a gallon and a half anyway!

Naa. Don't bother. Sometimes it's best to ignore silly answers.
