I made some beads.

I went and got a few packages of SculpyII, and DH and I sat at the table and played around with a few of the colors. I ended up with some horrible looking tiny beads, a wonderful looking black and silver swirled pendant, and a black, silver, red, and turquoise cami (think army pattern) flat bead with my initial carved into it. This*is*so*fun. Dh had one tiny little (like 3mm long) black with red center bead and then he gave up on the beads and went sculpture on me, LOL! So he's got an awesome snake-man sitting in the oven right now.

Would you just make a tent out of aluminum foil or a whole self contained bubble with the foil?

You can tent it with foil or a manila or make a 'box' out of a manila folder. Think origami.

Also - another trick I learned at the B&B show was to bake round beads in a cotton filled box so they don't flatten out. Cheaper than buying one of those bead suspension setups.
