Hello all,

I'm mainly a lurker here, as wetcanvas is hard enough for me to keep up with. But I wanted to let everyone know I finally put my site up. It's still a work in progress so please let me know if anything is out of wack and check back often.

Thanks Mike.

One thing I took note of right off the bat that you might want to add, are links to your necklaces and earrings in the bracelet section of the jewelry. I wanted to look at them without having to go back to the original jewelry page. It would make it alot easier for someone who is looking through your wares. And also to put the links for bracelets and earrings on your necklace pages and so on. Other than that it looks great. Your pictures are very clear and bright which allows the person browsing to see the real colors and so on. Nice job on the site and on the beads.

Oh thank you Tink, you're going to make me blush. You have a way with the molten stuff yourself.

I only looked at the first two pendants. It was taking too long to download the pictures. What I did see I thought Wow I would not mind having one of those.

However living in UK stops me from getting one. I do not have facilities for writing USA cheques and money orders are a no, no from UK. Shirley

I haven't looked at your site, but based on these messages, why not look at paypal for the time being, or propay perhaps?

Thanks Shirley,

Yes it is unfortunate that we can only do check or money oder at this time but we are looking into a credit card machine. It's something that we need for shows anyway so check back often.

Very, very nice! I wish mine was nearly so good. Once thing, the photos. They are bright, almost all in focus and mostly well-lit. The background on most needs help, tho. For instance, all the ones with the wrinkles and "dents" in the background material. The eye naturally goes to those things. Which takes away from the excellent quality of the work. And a few could use a little more "pop" in the lighting. Don't let the details sell your work short. Barbara Dream Master

You might also consider Paypal. The drawback is that not everyone has a Paypal account, or wants one, but the advantage is that it allows you to accept credit cards without the rather sizable expense of a merchant account.

Paypal has pretty bad customer service, though.

"Paypal has pretty bad customer service, though."

Yea I've heard some stories about PayPal and since I have to get a machine anyway I'm just going to wait. It shouldn't be too long.

Gorgeous! Loaded really fast for me. The navigation needs a little work, but it looks nice so far! Can't wait to see more beads!

I've used Paypal for over three years with no problems. More than 90% of my auction winners use it to pay me, and so do some wholesale accounts. Sarajane

The thing about Paypal is, usually nothing goes wrong. It's just that on the rare occasion that it does, you're so hosed!
