I just saw that, too. It's the inspiration I needed to clear off my table and hook the torch up once again! It's a beautiful effect, isn't it? I can see it working equally well with other colors, too, provided there isn't some mystical chemical reaction going on beyond the reduction aspect of things.

*chuckle* Hon, I've been away from the torch so long I have cobwebs on that part of my brain. I'll be lucky to make a decently shaped bead.

Ooh don't underestimate copper green! It's really a lovely and versatile color. Try some with ivory, or silvered ivory. And try encasing it, it goes a pretty aqua-green.

This bead was silvered ivory stringer over copper green, seriously encased.

Hi Tink: WOW, that set is "out of this world fantabulous".

I have one question regarding the posts with links. The link you gave for this auction works fine for me. Some of the links in other messages just brings me to the auction home page. I have to copy and paste the seller id or item number to see anything (which is very time consuming). There must be a setting on my PC that is causing this? Or perhaps it is my Firewall program?
