New design and series for me!

I'd love to hear what people think about this new design I came up with last night. Critics welcome good or bad. I have alot of plans, my head is so full I won't beable to keep up with them all. This first one is very similar to my goddesses except that she is a relief and not a full sculpture. I want to take this in a different direction but right now I'm not completely clear on where that is :D

I like the contrast of the body color against the organic background...but I think the nipples are too big. :-/ Sorry, IMHO this is a problem with a lot of goddess beads. Also color coded plays into the design -- if the necklace is the same glass color as the nipples, well, we would tend to read them as being the same thing. (Which hopefully they are not ;-)

Hi Mary, Thank you for your honest opinion. Yes, she has pretty large nipples ;) For me it is sort of symbolic. Since I am depicting her as the mother of all things, I tend to give her over emphasized reproductive organs, large breasts and nipples, a huge belly and wide hips, and also a large rearend, when I make a full sculpture. I understand what you're saying about the necklace and nipples being the same colour, that's a good point. Sometimes I do them the same, sometimes I don't. But now that you've mentioned it, I will be more conscious of it in future. I hadn't really thought of it that way before :p

Thanks again, and thanks to everyone who commented, on the forum and off.

I love it! I do like your free sculptures a bit better, but this designs is lovely, too. So earthy. I LOVE your goddesses!
