Not an ad - looking for suggestions

i've been playing this weekend. i've never expected anyone here to buy my work, but i do appreciate constructive criticism . . . so with that in mind:

the focal is from Nicole AND, last but not least, for those of you who keep track: Jamie and her best friend, Leah, had their picture taken together a couple of weeks ago when Jamie came home for Leah's mother's funeral.

Oh my goodness... all of them are beautiful and I would love to live close to you and get lessons, so I could make items like these. If you did this just playing around... I would love to see what you do when you get serious! Awesome! BTW I hope I don't hang myself here..., but..., the two ladies are lovely.

trust me - i know! going anywhere with the two of them is an exercise in humility. both of them have been making grown men stop in their tracks since they were about 12.

it used to drive me crazy. men old enough to be their grandfathers stop and stare. i've gotten used to it, most of the time.

You are very welcome. Early to bed early to rise... no benefits yet. lol Why would you think everyone was stopping to look at them? I admit... some may, but I would guess a few of those looks were towards you also. :) Your work is incredible and I do love all the items. I do have 1 question, which I shall ask through email. :)

I like them all too! I looked at the one with the reds and thought, "not my style", but then went back and took and 2nd look and thought it would look really stunning with a black outfit.

Good picture of Jamie and Leah, too! They're both very pretty and I can just picture a "partners in crime" theme to that picture.

you have NOOOO idea! and actually, it's usually Jamie rescuing Leah. but Leah has two children that Jamie adores. and Leah's husband is the man Jamie bought her car from - he's a mechanic.

They are all wonderful VJ! I especially like Mermaid's Tears. I've been thinking about playing with some free-form glass centerpiece and lots of strands or some free-form beadwork too - that one is great and I love the colors.

One thing I noticed when I went to your site was that Midnight at the Oasis price is messed up - it's got an ! in it -you may want to fix that asap!

oh and the girls are beautiful - looks like for once youth was NOT wasted on the young ;-)

it's taken me a long time to get past the "symmetrical" look. thanks! i have Nicole's bead mixes to thank in large part for that. i still can't bring myself to make bead soup out of my perfectly sorted seed beads! [that's why Mermaid's Tears is much more freeform than Midnight at the Oasis]

**grin** there is that! i babysat for Leah's kids one night so they could all go dancing. Anthony, her 8-year-old son, is generally quite a handful . . . so i put him to work making a bracelet for his mother - worked like a charm to keep him concentrating and occupied!
