OT(?): Any gift ideas?

Question

All,

I am trying to think of some ideas of gifts I can send to my "trainees" in China. Several of my co-workers are going to China in January and I wanted to send some gifts with them. These need to be small enough so as not to encumber my co-workers. The "trainees" are young adults, one woman and several men. They have all sent me gifts... souvenir kind of things from China (e.g. little statues, a kite, etc.). Obviously I'd like to send something they couldn't get in Bejing.

Any ideas?

How about some uniquely American foodstuffs like maple syrup or maple sugar candy, tupelo honey, etc.?

I actually do a trade about once every two years with a woman in Australia for Kool-Aid;o)  I'm hooked on this Hot English Mustard they have in AU, and her kids are hooked on Kool-Aid!  LOL
