Ot: Channel that energy, folks.

I really, really, really, really, really, really want the job that I interviewed for on Friday. It is fabulous and I think that I did very well. The people were all very nice, intelligent folks. The office is in a restored historical home, now used for the admissions office. They even have NPR on for their background noise. I HAVE GOT TO WORK AT THIS PLACE!!!! Not to mention that I am perfect for the job. I won't find out until next week. Now I know this is not as serious as some of our members illness or cares with their loved ones, but if you could work sone of those magic vibes over here to Appleton Wisconsin so that I can get this job, I would be forever grateful.

What will be will be, but it can't hurt to have you all pulling for me.

Love you,

First, I hope you get the jobs and vibes are headed your way.

Second, even though you don't have an illness or whatever you deserve the vibes. We all have something going on in our lives and you are no less important than anyone else. We love you and want you to be happy and healthy.

Whatever is important to any of us -- is important. Period.

The particular thing we want or are working on may be different ... what isn't different is that we all want and are working on things. And to that process, we offer our mutual support.

You can count on mine.

interviewed,

Exactly! That has gotten me the job and has persuaded me to hire someone. At my last job at AT&T, I interviewed with both the person I'd be replacing and the person who'd be my VP. They both got letters. During our transition time, Chuck (who was leaving) said that the notes were the clinchers...no one else had sent one. Guess they figured they already worked for AT&T, so it wasn't necessary.

Kathy, on another note, I saw your offer to help me network, and I *will* be in touch with you. Thanks for the offer.
