OT: Help for a Beadmaker

Hi everyone - A local Edmonton beadmaker has been having the worst run of luck lately. About 3 weeks ago, thieves broke into her van and stole a case with $4300 worth of bead/jewelry inventory (and her good jewelry tools) just a week before the Folk Fest started. Then her van was stolen the day after the Fringe Festival started. Both are big shows that she usually does well at, and depends on for income as a full-time beadmaker. The local beadmaker community here is starting to collect funds, have donated beads and glass, etc. to help her out as she tries to recoup some of her losses that aren't covered by insurance. I'm hoping some people here who appreciate beads and beadmakers might also be willing to contribute to the fund. Please check out my site:

for more information. I really have never done this before, but feel compelled to find as many ways as possible to help out someone who has been making beads and sharing her skills and knowledge for longer than almost anyone else in western Canada. Many thanks for checking out the story and considering making a contribution.

For Susan Burwash: I couldn't find the information on your site. As I get older, I seem to just get stupider and stupider. However, since both of my favorite Susans are doing this AND it is someone you know to be for real, I want to help. Can you email me with a mailing address to send beads? Thanks.
