OT - Something to make ya smile!!!

Bye bye curls... my youngest grandson's first haircut...

I had him on the barstool, then on the blue chair, then on his favorite green chair... then just cut on the fly!!! And the hair may be different but the facial expression didn't change much!!! He is an amazing little guy; he and his big brother keep me sane(ish)!!!

The first time is the worst!!! My grandson had the loveliest curls... sigh... but he didn't want to look like a girl!!!! His first cut was a buzz cut by his dad, now that's a radical change!

The curls will grow back, but that face? Thanks to the pictures you took that face will be with you forever!!!! Thanks for sharing, Polly.

I have a 12-year-old great-nephew who hadn't had a haircut in a very long time. His hair was corn-rowed, with braids down past his shoulder-blades...absolutely gorgeous! Now, as he's approaching puberty, he decided the braids had to go; got tired of people thinking he was a girl. I might *gently* try to steer him towards dreadlocks when he's a little older :)

Cheers, Carla

The curls were certainly cute, but he looks like such a little man with his big boy haircut. What a cutie pie! Thanks for the smile, Polly!
