Well, now. I don't feel so bad about them denying DH. They honestly think he can work. HAW!!! 42 years old, 6th grade education, limited work experience (dishwasher & the like) ( I made more in one year that he has in his entire life) (and you wonder why I want to work?), limited mobility (cold weather sucks, he can barely get out of bed, joints lock up, back kills him. Lizard king), temporal lobe seizure disorder (this is the part that makes my life interesting), probable adult ADD (gonna work with his neurologist on that diagnosis) and some pretty extreme anger/control issues (COD?) And SSI thinks this man can get (and KEEP) a job? You have got to be kidding! I think they ought to live with him for at least a few days. Think they just might change their mind. Any suggestions? I could use all I can get.
Up note - Ron (5 year old problem child) was actually diagnosed with ADHD with potential learning disability. His pediatrican actually prescribed him something! 10mg of Aderol (sp) and it actually seems to be helping. Instead of having to yell at him every 5 seconds it's only about every 5 minutes. Much better. Teachers are even seeing an improvement and he just started it on friday. YAY!!!!!!
Happy beading and all that!
Later,
