Hey y'all! Remember when I told you the story of the wonderful romantic proposal? Well, the wedding is this friday. I'm headed over there (2hour drive west) tomorrow... right after I pick up the cut flowers I'll be using to make the corsages and the boutonnieres and the bouquets... I've used silks and done the altar pieces,etc.. but I still have one piece of that to do, unless I can whack it out tonight.
Just spent a bundle of time gluing 4mm flatback rhinestones onto wires so I can put them into the bouquets for "sparkle"....
I'm driving myself, which is kind of a big deal on this long of a trip, but I am sure I'll be fine.. coming home might be a different thing, but getting there will be fine.
The bride's birth mother hates me... and she, of course, will be there... she's a sort of agressive, angry person and about twice my size, so some prayers/vibes for safety would be appreciated. The wedding is at 6:30 on Friday night, west coast time....
