I just realized that they don't sell Simax at all on their website... but they do have the Eigenschaft on sale really cheap right now, which is very cool.

The Drew Fritts book is AWESOME. I really want an infinite rim marble mold now. I asked DH to get it for me for my birthday but he says I should get it for myself and he should get me something non-work-related. WTF???? ;)

I kiln-strike it at 1150, and get the best swirly purples.

I don't think I had my kiln set correctly. After the first time getting it set up I have to yank out the directions every time. Even then I usually get the first two settings wrong and have to go back and correct everything. LOL I'm going to restrike them all probably this evening.
