I never liked the November birthstone a lot until recently. My baby was born in November and I have a slide on my bracelet of her birthstone.

I'm a Nopvember baby myself and I'm not terribly fond of golden topaz. I often wear blue topaz and would love a mystic topaz - not THAT's a birthstone I could embrace.
LOL - mine's the 6th. Sometimes labor day (as it is this year) or much of the time it fell on the first day of school. Woo! :) Actually, I love this time of year. My birthday, school, autumn, the return of cooler weather, the leaves turning, etc. I love it all. :) You two are Libras (my dad's one too) - I'm a Virgo. Any other Libra/Virgo people here?
My hubby's is topaz, too. :) I love topaz!
