Share & Tell

Okay, because lots of other people have been sharing their seed bead projects I dragged out two of mine from 6-7 years ago when I first started messing with beads. Back when I had time to actually MAKE something!

I love wearing peyote stitch bracelets because they have such a supple feel to them and are so lightweight. I've included the patterns for the two bracelets - VERY simple ones. And another I worked up based on a section of a Frank Lloyd Wright stained glass panel. I did that one for my daughter who's a FLW aficionado. Mj

I should probably not be such a brat, but I have to point out to Diane, here and now, that you can make virtually ANY quilt design work in peyote.

Ooooh! I love the one on the left - I keep seeing it embellished with glass flowers. Of course. :)

Maybe it's time I tried my hand at peyote again. I have a cute peyote bracelet that says Maui on it and I agree that it's easy to wear.

Very pretty! Is that peyote? No, no, I don't wanna know. Don't tell me! I know sooner or later I'm not going to be happy with these two stitches and I'm going to want to learn something else!
