We use private parts (never too early to instill that) or crotch area. DD on the other hand says everything down there is her vagina! LOL

We used to call it 'the counting place' after my oldest came home from school one day (she must have been six or seven) and told me that they'd had someone in school telling them a bit about self-defense, and they'd been told to kick someone in the counting place if they had to get away from a bad adult. Of course, the person doing the talk had said 'kick them where it counts'.

Kids, gotta love 'em.
