I get mine from Vulcan Kiln - which happens to be in Centerville OH... I'm sure you can get one local -- when I ran a Yellow pages search for Phoenix area I got this listing "Rhea's Kiln Svc

Mike talked to Craig from Arrow Springs last night. I got the stuff we need today so he should be able to fix it tomorrow. It was a burned-out connection. At Craig's direction, we're bypassing the kiln switch entirely so it will just run off the digital controller. Problem solved, for the price of a soldering gun!
