Hi both,
(re-appearing, don't know for how long)
I actually logged into google because I though it was my newsserver, but there aren't a whole lot of messages at google either, and most of those my newsserver had too.
(too much work and lost 2 hard drives on my notebook)

I see you, Karleen, but there are a *LOT* that are listed as "Message Unavailable" - - but luckily, the *replies* are visible, and if someone quotes the original poster, then I can "see" the invisible ones. Don't know why that is happening so much lately. It used to be only once in a very great while.............
Hi Karleen, I see you are on earthlink. There are several people over at rec.crafts.textiles.quilts that are also having the same problem, they also have earthlink. I think the problem is with them.
