embroidered clogs

does anyone know what hoop is used on theseor how they are done?TIA

That embroidery is put on those clogs *before* they are assembled. More than likely they have the design embroidered on the material the uppers are made of before they are even cut to size. This would assure the design was precisely centered. Embroidering those clogs would not, IMO, be an at home project, unless you are also building shoes/clogs. I've made slippers and baby shoes and I've always done the embroidery on the material first and then laid the pattern over that to cut the upper, toe or whatever part of the shoe is embellished. Those clogs are also made of leather, you'd need an industrial strength embroidery machine.

As a suggestion, if you want to uniquely personalize a pair of clogs you could make embroidered patches,(monograms and designs) and then glue them on the top of a clog. Just a thought.
