I need some help. I have purchased a new computer and want to load my PE Design onto my new computer. I have version 5 with a full version 6 upgrade.
I have loaded v. 5 onto my computer. Then I loaded v.6. I open it, it asks me for my prodcut id. I type it in...it say this number is already registered. Well of course because it was on my old computer.
Is there a way for my to load this onto my new computer?

In reading the manual that comes with the software there is a section on uninstalling the software. This might be your option as this may release the copy protection number that is written to your system when you install the upgrade for the reader box. If this doesn't work and there is no help from Brother you might want to try installing the illegal copy that is floating around.
