I have 2 extra Hakko 492 Smoke Aborbers. It is designed to remove toxic vapors and smells. It has a 4" fan and charcoal filter on a tilt stand. It removes salycylic acid, pinene and hydrogen chloride, all found in flux. The filter is 5"x5" and the motor sucks air at a rate of 38 cubic feet/min. Filters are easily replaced. The tilt stand allows for focusing the suction power. It has a 3 wire cord and on/off switch.
