Wooly i go with Els , when my Physio said last year ; No weaving , before I allow it " I crumbled , but i took his advice , i now can again weave long hours , with both feet. I have heard of people jumping before time they didn`t regain their full use of thei limb . Of course you have to trust you have the right physio ,,, Mine works with Athlets , thus the idea is put one back to work or excercize .... fast as possible , but not before it is time... mirjam
