FRUSTRATED !!!!!!

I decided I was going to use Marketworks for my inventory, Ebay, Invoicing, tracking and switching my entire website to Marketworks to make it easier on me. I wanted to also get all of my stock up on marketworks and inventoried and accounted for with descriptions. I have been taking my pictures and creating my descriptions for each item.

The past few days I have been have difficulties uploading my images to marketworks. Today I wanted to finish everything and be done with it. But today Marketworks will not upload any of my images. I have emailed them back and forth trying to fix this problem. The thumbnails will not appear in my storefront for people to shop. I have done everything they have suggested. I have even taken the same image I have uploaded to marketworks and put it on a different computer and renamed it and tried to upload it and still no thumbnail. I know the image works because it is currently on there right now.

And to top it all off. Marketworks just announced that they are going up in their fees for all their customers! I have been working so hard to get everything on there and now no one can see pictures unless the click on every single item. Poo! It is clearly a problem on their end. I am just so frustrated. I just want it to WORK!

If you want to see what I mean. Take a look at my store in the New Czech folder. The crystals do not show up in the thumbnail images. If they do on your computer, please let me know. I wanted to have this folder complete stocked with my new items, but it looks like it will take me longer than anticipated. ARGGGHhh!

All thumbnails show up for me except the third one, and the last two on the first page, and the first two on the second page.

Numbers 3, 9 &10 are red Xs on the first page. Number 4 on that page is too dark for me to see. Numbers 1 and 2 on the second page are also red Xs.

I know it's frustrating!

"Czech": all 5 pages of pics show "Mixes": both pages of pics show up. "Stone Beads": both pages of pics show up.

"New Czech": pics that *don't show in this category...

  1. 3rd pic down on page 1 - named "10mm LAMPWORK CZECH GLASS BLUE CUBE BEADS" 2. Last 2 pics on page 1 don't show. 3. First 2 pics on page 2 don't show.

"Silver": 1. Second to last pic on page 3 doesn't show - named "6.5 MM SQUARE STERLING SILVER SPACER BEADS"... shows up as a black box.

Amy, I normally lurk on this group, but wanted to let you know that I was able to see the thumbnails on your site...it's working!!!!! You might want to try clearing the cache in your browser, and then revisiting the site to check again...dunno if it will work, but worth a try.

Thanks everyone who helped. I worked over three hours yesterday to try to get this working. I had even used two different computers to see if it was a computer issue. It seems every where was having the same problem.

Then I try to log into MW today and there is a server error. One of their main servers are down. AAAuuurrrrgghhh! What else can go wrong! OK I am still frustrated! I can't even look at my store right now. I need to go in and set up auctions for today and tomorrow.

They finally have it working! Someone at marketworks sychronized my images and it worked for them. Not that I didn't try that yesterday. I also had my husband try it at his work and I tried all the same options on my laptop. Nothing was working. I don't know why it worked for the MW guy but it did.

I should hopefully be able to load more beads up in the new Czech folder today. Thanks for everyones help and cooperation in helping me in this matter. I do really appreciate it.
