What the heck? Did you already make the mold and dry it with the schedule I posted? Just use the 2nd part of the schedule? I think I posted it, you dry it 4 hrs at 200 deg. then fire it up to 1250 at a ramp of 1200 deg per hour. the part after "then" is the bending schedule. You have to play with the schedule, that is what works in MY kilns, results may vary

How large of a piece of glass will you push at 1200 DPH?

That's a pretty fast kiln you have there..

I just found a source for 1/32 fiber so I should be mold making in a couple of days. Do your molds shrink much?

Smaller pieces, size of my hand, I will go faster than that, but an average lamp panel is about 9" long and 5" across at its widest, I'll run those at

1200 DPH without thinking about it, larger and thicker pieces I slow down.

I just finished 6 outdoor sconces with 4 pieces to make a cylinder shape, each piece was 18" long and 9" around the curve. Fired those a little differently, 600 DPH to 750 degrees then 1200 DPH to

1265. These were clear pieces that were then sandblasted on the interior for diffusion so mold marks didn't matter, but there weren't any visible. Used Spectrum Hammered clear. I have developed schedules based on what I do and what I use. right nowI am firing 2 Evenheat GTS 23's One has a collar for greater depth. They will fire at about 2550 DPH full bore, at least they did when newer.

Evenheat GTS 23-9 (one of them has a collar on top) collar has no elements.
