Does anyone have a really nice pattern for a knitted baby set. I would love to make a sweater set and a blanket for a very cold climate and was thinking maybe an aran pattern, or something like that, but I'm open to suggestions for something else.
I asked on RCTY and already got a link to a very nice old pattern, but I wonder if anyone here has something great.

I have one remaining Patons pattern I can send to you. I will scan it, email to you and you can see if you want it. I actually used it for the shawl, rather than the outfit. I knitted/crocheted a shawl for each grandchild but am confident there will be no more now lolol
You never can tell. Just think of those women in their 50's and 60's that are crazy enough to have babies. lol
Thanks, I would love to look at your pattern. I know I have a very nice pattern that I used several times and a book that I think has baby stuff in it, but for the life of me I can't find it. I know it's in the pile of knitting books that are in the closet, but it's hiding from me and refuses to come out.

My daughters are not crazy enough for that and I know my son had a vasectomy not so long ago - he had to whine about the pain, oh the pain! He might have guessed this was the wrong mother to whine to lol
Just going to scan now, though I really do not think this is what you will want.
