My wife, Maureen, is an avid Ricardian and thus no great fan of Wm Shakespeare. Of course, poor Will was only writing for the Tudors, the rulers of the day - history is written by the winners.

Lucky you!!!! I had a hubby and two dogs demanding my presence. It seems no-one will go to sleep until Mom comes to bed. Then Max and Jim snore, not in harmony! Thank Heavens for light weight earplugs!

Puff is perfectly happy to snuggle up on his personal afghan on the loveseat next to me, or curled up on the floor with his nose in my slippers and the only sound he makes are quiet little snuffling noises, so the bed is empty and forlorn.

That was what I wanted to hear. I googled them and discovered that my memory isn't as bad as I thought. The Faulkner book was The Sound and The Fury and Throne of Blood is another. There may be more, but these two will scratch my itch nicely thank you.

Well there were a few really funny moments - like when he realized the double meaning of a line (as in sexual innuendo). He absolutely collapsed on the floor laughing and I wasn't far behind. Or his take on Tybalt's death.

Oh - a fate worse than death :). I'm just home from a GS event and the boys are watching TV - one baseball game and two different hockey games... No stitching for me, but it does mean I can have a glass of wine
