Very interesting - attractive too - imagine the convenience of place mats that would not need washing/starching/ironing lol

Interesting. I wonder if the glass textile is like a spun glass thing, like fiberglass?

Different types of glass fibers are made into threads used in things generally referred to as composite, or filament wound (like hockey sticks & armor vests) . The thread/yarn is really expensive - but extremely durable. Really cool to see these fine items, just I'd love to know what the material is.
