One of the projects I've just started is Belted Kingfisher by Crossed Wing Collection. I always start from the top and work down and lo and behold, one of the symbols indicated DMC 375. I knew I had a pretty good collection of floss but could not find this number. Last night I emailed Crossed Wing - first thing this morning there was a reply in my inbox. Yes they'd made a human error and the DMC should've read 3750. I just could not believe the unbelievably quick response from this company - this is a WOW moment. They'll certainly get more business from me.
