Even that isn't good enough if the two pieces have different fiber content. The little black stretch knit dress that came with the black & white woven jacket are a perfect example. They were sold as a unit and appeared to match under various light conditions at the time of purchase. The dress faded and became very obviously red-black. The jacket did not fade perceptibly and appeared increasingly cooler in tone compared to the dress as time elapsed. The white of the jacket was a very blue-white which didn't help. Not that it matters anymore since both pieces quit fitting 20 pounds ago and are long gone....
On another tack entirely, my email to Cheryl did not bounce but neither did I hear from her. My guess - her computer is down.
Nah, she just doesn't love you as much as she loves me. I'm going to see her tomorrow. Now why neither of us picked up the phone is another issue entirely. LOL!
Elizabeth
You really are a little BRAT! Well give her my love and you are so right, there are 'phones but I rarely think of them. 'Phones are invasive and I avoid them, email isn't.
I hope Cash accidentally nips you, HARD !
Hmmmmmmmm, I heard from Cheryl at least twice earlier today and she said it was Brat's computer that was being anti-social.
LOL! It's true and I delight in it. *grin*
That's true, too.
Not a good idea... but he wouldn't. He's much too precise for that. Harry, on the other hand, already has, the stinker. Good thing it's always obviously an accident...and always me or DH.

At a recent wedding the bride's outfit caused some controversy. She wore a traditional white dress with a black lace "cloak" thingie. I asked my wife about this and she reminded me that the Victorians always got married in black, usually because the bride was thrifty and knew she could use her wedding dress for "ordinary" wear afterwards. I looked on the web and found this poem - William McGonagall would have been proud of it ?Married in white, you will have chosen all right. Married in grey , you will go far away. Married in black, you will wish yourself back. Married in red, you?ll wish yourself dead. Married in blue, you will always be true. Married in pearl, you?ll live in a whirl. Married in green, ashamed to be seen. Married in yellow, ashamed of the fellow. Married in brown, you?ll live out of town. Married in pink, your spirits will sink.?
Go Harry Go! Give her a nip today, from me !
Ack! Bobbie V and I are having the same problem
Curse you demons of the net! Cheryl
Nah - he's more likely to try and herd DS around the yard! LOL
Cheryl
That sounds like the best solution. I have a dress I used love - black with little flecks of color. The black is so dull now, that I should send it on it's way. Then again, it is so out of style, that it doesn't matter.
Cheryl
Sheer calumny. She's the one bouncing messages!
Elizabeth
Funny, she got MY e-mails. Maybe her computer just doesn't like YOU! :)~~~~~
Married in puce, you'll look like a moose!
Spew!
But puce is "flea" - a pink/red brown....... To wit

I think puce is a fantastic color. Ahh, 200 years too late. Dianne
I like the shade/hue; sort of a warm magenta. The name/translation is a bit off putting....

Oh, I didn't mean you'd look like the COLOR of a moose. When you have a backside as wide as a barn door (which I do), puce just isn't the color you want to spread across it. It is, however, a color one could use to torture bridesmaids who share this affliction.
