Finally - I just have to check it now for 'holidays'.
I looked back to my first post about this project - Oct of 2006 when that friend unloaded it on me. She knows I can't stand to see an unfinished needlework. This is the third time she's done this. Of course, there was a long hiatus of about 8 months until I vowed to finish it this Spring. I had to send for a different background color and I guessed about right. Took 13 skeins of the 15 I ordered - a big whew and I'm very happy with the outcome.
Now, to get it framed. If I were near a Michaels, I might attempt their do it yourself offering. A retiree balks at those $150 framing jobs. Anyone with opinions? Now, to find a spot on which to hang it....
