The quilt shop called and Baby Lock has not only replaced my old Quest with a new machine, but they've sent something called "Quest Plus". Don't know what plus means yet - but I'm picking up the machine on Monday - sooooo excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great news Musicmaker! Is this in response to your letter to the president of Baby Lock? We'll all be anxiously awaiting how you like your new machine. I'm so glad you pursued this - even though it's a pain in the neck, it was worth it if you get a working machine (& maybe even an upgrade!!)

Good lord--I don't see how the table could be larger than the one that came with the original Quest. My dealer said he thinks the Quest 2 address complaints about the original one. Gen

Pauline - I actually held on to the letter to the Pres, because I wanted to give the lower "layers" in the organization to have a chance to make things right. I did send the letter to BL along with the machine so they'd have no doubts about what I wanted.

Maybe they're knowing that a few hundred of us were wafting to hear the outcome........ Music, I sure hope this machine is the right one after all the anticipation of last year, the doesn't work of this year, and now a new one.
