I just remembered that Vikki Clayton sells the Patchwork sampler, as well as Houtman's Buds of Life and the ABC Sampler. I'm not getting pictures on the website today. I don't know what is wrong, but you can email Vikki from the site.
Sorry to reply to my own post. I thought I should clarify that at Vikki's site you can order just the silks, or the silks and the pattern. She does not offer the pattern separately.

Thanks very much for your information. However, I really just want to order the chart and use up some of my odds and ends. I probably have a started skein of nearly every color needed.
Just FYI, I was able to see the pictures a little while ago. I couldn't see them at all yesterday.
