I tried to post on Saturday, but the lines were bogged down by weekend campers, and a carrier pigeon would be faster! We are in New Hampshire, about 20 miles west of Concord. My FIL ( age 94) lives near here,so he is getting to see a lot of us, and we had a great Fathers Day dinner at a restaurant nearby.
The On-topic post is that I went to the Contoocuck Needlework gallery last Saturday. Susan, the owner, has been sending me the newsletters to Florida, and I had just, belatedly, received the last one. She has more fibres than I have seen in many shops. Of course, I got lured into buying a pretty Cedar Hill design ( Herb Garden Bouquet) and everything it needed.Her prices are VERY reasonable, and I would strongly recommend Susan. Apart from classes, stitch-ins etc, she has also opened an on-line store for fibres!!
Susan told me that she knew many people live a long way from an LNS. The service she offers is fantastic. Let her know what you need for the project, and she will send it to you, with first-class postage paid by her!! There have been many times I have seen you guys who live in the boonies look for a floss, but the shipping makes it outrageously expensive. WELL, here is your answer!!!!

We shall leave Henniker on Thursday, and spend three weeks further north by Newfound Lake, for those of you familiar with the area.It has been so nice not to have to use air-conditioning during the day!
