original pattern called for a silvery-green thread and beads; Iswapped to silver and blue because it felt more wintry to me.However, once I got to the beading section, my "snowflake" startedlooking more like a Doppler radar image ;) I still have to ornamentify it, but at least the beading is done!

Lovely, Rachel. Thanks for sharing.

And I love your verb form "ornamentify." That's what I was doing last night....ornamentifying. I'll scan the results in a few days and post 'em.

I wish I could claim it originated with me, but alas ... someone on the Wagon coined the term first. I, also, though tit was brilliant.

I have a few things to be ornamentified, too, some of which have been otherwise FUFO'd for months. (but first, a ton of paid work to get out)

I do get a little happy dance -- finished knitting another scarf while taking a TV break from work.
