Weird and weirder - I suppose it could be fun for a card....not running out and buying some

That was exactly what I thought when I saw it. I can't imagine that the smell lasts very long.

What kind of tutti-frutti idea is this? After years of trying hard to make sure my hands are clean and that there are no contaminants touching my floss, they want me to stitch with stuff that's been perfumed? I don't think so. I predict this will disappear rapidly from their line of products.

I'm highly allergic to lots of things with a strong smell and won't even set a toe into a candle shop. Now I have to worry that they don't put the regular floss together with the smelly stuff and make it smell too.

Wouldn't all those scents clash in the box?

I think it would be hateful and I hope nobody at my Guild would ever think of bringing any of that to a meeting, perfumes give me an almost instant migraine - it's the acetone in it.

I have a few skeins sent to me by a friend in Europe, where they have been selling it for a while now. I'm very allergic to flower sents, so she sent me the food ones. I haven't used them yet, but they are only lightly sented. I didn't find them over powering. I have no idea what to use them for.

I am picturing putting a post it note on the card instructing the recipient to sniff it!

I think it would be headache time. Especially if you were using more than one of the scented colours.

As Alfred E Newman would say - Bleech!

As as asthma and migraine sufferer, all I can say is - Not In MY House!
