I see the humor in it :-) When I was in college, I lived in a coed household of 10. The house was huge (8 bedrooms) and had 3 bathrooms -
2 we designated as the girls' and 1 we designated as the guys'. The rule we set before everyone even moved in was that if the appropriate bathroom was occupied and you had to use one of the others, then the guys were to leave seats down in the girls' bathrooms, and the girls were to leave the seats up in the guys' bathroom!Barbara
Seems reasonable to leave it as one found it. After all we who are of the seat-down philosophy would appreciate it being returned to that position upon our return.
