OFF topic - a bit of silliness

I don't know if this qualifies as "you had to be there", but last night, in the middle of my CPR course at the firehouse, there was a call out. So, for

45 minutes, four of Girl Scout leaders sat in the empty fire house and waited (and solved all the problems of the world).

Well, one of the leaders needed to find the bathroom. When she came out, she asked if it the "right thing" was to put the seat back up?

Like I said, maybe you had to be there! Cheryl

I see the humor in it :-) When I was in college, I lived in a coed household of 10. The house was huge (8 bedrooms) and had 3 bathrooms -

2 we designated as the girls' and 1 we designated as the guys'. The rule we set before everyone even moved in was that if the appropriate bathroom was occupied and you had to use one of the others, then the guys were to leave seats down in the girls' bathrooms, and the girls were to leave the seats up in the guys' bathroom!

Seems reasonable to leave it as one found it. After all we who are of the seat-down philosophy would appreciate it being returned to that position upon our return.
