Actually, I'm not - more coffee than usual, but that's it. I do have Luna Bars in the bag for the low sugar moments. Also good as a make shift breakfast for practice mornings.
I've been making all the meals, with the exception of grabbing pizza for the kids and making DH and I something vaguely Mexican (chicken, onions, pepper in tortillas).
Honestly - I could eat salads 3 meals a day and if I'm stressed, I'll bloat and get bound anyway.

LOL Sorta.
He had his uvula removed (the little hanging bag in the throat), his tonsils removed, a good portion of his soft palate shaved off, and the back of his throat carved out and widened. Plus he had his broken nose straightened.
To stop snoring? Wives of snoring men everywhere wanna know if it was, did it work???

Yes and no.
He was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea, and part of his issue was that all that tissue was in the way of his breathing. He needed a CPAP machine and it wouldn't have worked if he had all that crap in the way.
I think it would have helped if he had not also gained 75 pounds. As it is, he's sleeping in a recliner because of his carpal tunnel (his arms/hands go numb and get very painful if he can't drop them over the side), and he snores less in his recliner than in the bed, but I don't really have a reliable control on him yet to know whether it worked or not.
Also, he still needs the CPAP machine but because he gets chronic sinus infections, it still doesn't work right--sooooo they're thinking about going back in to Roto-Rooter his sinuses and take out more of his throat.
Caryn, you really need to get your husband to get a sleep study. Sleep apnea does a real number on your ticker.

LOL - DH keeps saying "I've never heard it - the snoring is alleged" . But, he's actually woken himself up. I'm thinking of getting him some special tempurpedic or homedic pillow that supposedly helps.
I'm guessing that Elizabeth's husband had a lot of sinus problems & breathing issues. Or got his face mushed.
