I felt bad for the poor lady - after my gut surgery last year, I had similar problems as I adjusted my diet. On the day of my best friend's surgery, sitting in a crowded waiting room for 8 hours, I discovered that while the cashews I had eaten the night before didn't bother me any, they bothered everyone else in the room!
