Sometime around Christmas, I saw a "basic cookie" recipe that used one dough to make twelve (I think) different kinds of cookies. Anyone know what I am talking about? Do you have the recipe? Feel free to email me off list.

gave seven different variations of what looked like an ice-box-typecookie . Did you look at the Food network site? I seem to think I sawthe same 12 -cookies - one dough recipe, and I usually get a FoodNetwork newsletter, though it seems I deleted all recent ones:
