Must thank this group - I believe it was Cheryl - who introduced me to Flavia de Luce and "The Sweetness at the Bottom of the Pie." Just started the third installment in the series this a.m., and I'm already hooked!
I noticed in today's paper that it's #10 on the NYT book list - how great is that? A plain-ole "thumping good read" of quality writing, suitable for any age, absent of sex, violence, etc.
