Has anyone else been hit by the Halloween Phantom? He struck my house this evening and I thought he was kind of cute. It was new to me but I guess he's been making his rounds for quite awhile. You can read about him here.

That sounds like fun. I wish we had more kids in the neighborhood!

Something like this has gone on in our neighborhood since before we moved here six years ago. It's fun for the kids.

We have no kids in the neighborhood, but I can see some of the adults enjoying this. Must remember the idea for next year (since I don't have time to pull it off this year).
The Divine Miss Em reminds us that Halloween is a day for big black cats, of which she is one. (Heck, there's enough of her that she could be TWO.) I'll try to get an orange ribbon around her neck long enough for a photo session.
What a lovely idea - I think I`ll do it tonight to the families with kids in the street (if it stops raining, that is!).
